All Things Go is seeking a dynamic and passionate Community and Content Manager to be the face of our festival’s digital presence. This role will be responsible for fostering deep connections with our fanbase through creative content, growing and managing the exclusive fan club, and driving innovative marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Position will be based in office in either New York or DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Social Media Presence
    • Serve as the digital face of All Things Go, creating engaging and original content across social media platforms.
    • Produce and manage 3-5 weekly digital content pieces that align with the festival's brand identity.
    • Drive the growth of our social media channels by creating visually engaging and trend-driven content.
    • Develop new and engaging content series to grow the community.
  2. Fan Club Management
    • Oversee all aspects of Boomfy's Besties fan club, including fan interactions, planning Q&A sessions, and curating an inclusive fan experience.
    • Manage and run the fan club's Instagram Close Friends feature and a private Instagram channel, fostering exclusive content and conversations.
    • Launch and moderate the Besties Discord server, building a strong, loyal online community.
    • Respond to fan inquiries through the Besties Concierge email, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
    • Create and distribute original, fan-centric content that keeps fans excited and engaged with the festival community.
  3. Content & Calendar Management
    • Plan and manage the weekly content calendar for the Boomfy's Besties fan club and TikTok, ensuring a consistent stream of creative and high-impact content.
    • Organize and schedule all fan club social media posts, email blasts, and marketing campaigns, maintaining a streamlined and coordinated marketing effort.
  4. Customer Service and Fan Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for fans, responding to inquiries, concerns, and suggestions with a professional yet personable touch.
    • Continuously develop ways to enhance fan engagement and loyalty through personalized, exclusive experiences.
  5. Newsletter Curator
    • Plan, write and edit weekly “Dear Besties” newsletter,
    • Build out giveaways, engaging content, and foster an identity through your voice that coincides with the All Things Go brand to grow the newsletter’s free and premium subscribers.
    • Reach out to artist teams and set up weekly newsletter interviews with artists.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community management, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of fan culture and the ability to engage and excite fans in innovative ways.
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly with video content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and schedules simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Instagram Close Friends, and other fan engagement platforms.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of festival culture and an understanding of the All Things Go fanbase.
